1)Can I receive a refund if I've received an item of poor quality or damaged?

If the item we provide is below average or damaged, you may return it in its original condition with the original box and packaging in the same state. Upon receiving the returned item, our team will examine it. If it is indeed defective or damaged, we will issue a refund, covering any shipping costs involved.

Please note: Any damages or incorrect products received must be reported within 24 hours.

2) In the event that I receive an incorrect item, what is the procedure for returning it?

In an unusual situation where the item received is incorrect, you can return it in its original condition, including the intact original box and packaging. Upon receiving the returned item, we will either process the exchange for the correct item or issue a refund if the original item is unavailable.

3) What should I do if I haven't received the entire product that I ordered?

In extremely rare instances where you've ordered multiple products and one of them is missing upon delivery, please capture both photo and video evidence on the day of delivery and share it with us. This allows us to verify the issue and promptly send you the missing item from your order.
